Provide departmental support during planning and execution, for all events. 2. Assist with set-up and breakdown of required event and presentation equipment. 3. Assist with the creation of floor plans and contracts. 4. Assist with maintaining the departmental and ballpark/venue calendar. 5. Support day-to-day office duties, including but not limited to mailings, data entry, sorting files, etc. 6. Assist with PNC Park Events marketing campaigns. 7. Other duties as assigned by department leadership.

*Qualifications***Required:**1. Authorized to work lawfully in the United States. 2. Enrolled in a degree-seeking program at an accredited college or university at a Junior, Senior or Graduate level. 3. Experience with Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint). 4. Ability to lift/transport heavy items and stand/walk for extended periods of time.

**Desired:**1. Previous experience in event or entertainment industry. 2. Excellent verbal/written skills.
