At the Pirates, we believe in the power of a diverse workforce and strive to create an inclusive culture centered in Passion, Innovation, Respect, Accountability, Teamwork, Empathy, and Service.Job SummaryIntern will assist the Corporate Partnerships Activation team with the execution of corporate partnership agreements including (but not limited to) game-day activities, sponsor field days, client events and partnership recaps.Responsibilities1. Game-day sponsorship activations; including display setup, promotional item distribution, pregame on-field ceremonies and photographing events/signage. 2. Assist with client entertainment events; including managing RSVP’s/event registration table. 3. Assist with creating seasonal partnership recaps (compile reports, take/sort/edit photos, etc). 4. Under the direction of a member of the Sponsorship team, assist with the management of select partner accounts. 5. Assist with sponsorship field days; including planning and event setup/tear down. 6. Day-to-day office duties, including but not limited to mailings, data entry, sorting files, etc.

Qualifications****Required:

1. Authorized to work lawfully in the United States.
2. Enrolled in a degree-seeking program at an accredited college or university at a Junior, Senior or Graduate level.
3. Experience with Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint).
4. Ability to lift/transport heavy items and stand/walk for extended periods of time.

**Desired:**1. Previous experience in a sports industry (marketing or partnerships preferred). 2. Photography experience with DSLR or point and shoot camera. 3. Excellent verbal/written skills.
