 Job Title: Data Insights Analyst****Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Data Insights Analyst. The ideal candidate will leverage data to provide actionable insights that enhance team performance, inform strategic decision-making, and optimize player development. This role will collaborate closely with coaching staff, performance analysts, and other stakeholders to support the team's competitive objectives.

**Key Responsibilities:**1. Data Collection and Management: * Collect, clean, and maintain a variety of data sources related to player performance. * Develop and manage databases to ensure the integrity and accessibility of data. 2. Data Analysis and Reporting: * Conduct in-depth analysis of performance data using statistical methods and data visualization tools. * Create detailed reports and presentations to communicate insights and trends to coaching staff and management. 3. Performance Insights: * Evaluate player performance and injury data to identify strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement. * Collaborate with coaches to design and analyze strategic game plans based on data-driven insights. 4. Collaboration and Communication: * Work closely with department heads to align analytical insights with team objectives. * Present findings in a clear and concise manner, fostering a culture of data-informed decision-making. 5. Continuous Improvement: * Stay updated on industry trends, analytical methods, and emerging technologies in sports analytics. * Propose enhancements to existing data processes and tools.

Qualifications:* Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Sports Management, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.

• Proven experience in data analysis, preferably in a sports or athletic environment.
• Proficiency in statistical software (e.g., R, Python) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Strong understanding of soccer (football) and performance analytics.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
