Audio Engineer - MLS

We’re looking for a skilled Audio Engineer to support matchday in-stadium audio for Major League Soccer. You’ll manage RF, field mics, comms, and pitch‑level audio for live presentations in a fast‑paced, outdoor, high‑energy environment.

Primary Job Functions:•   Deploy and monitor wireless mics for sideline talent, in‑venue hosts, and pre‑match elements•   Assist with intercom for production and game ops crews•   Support A1 with line checks, overall stadium audio QC, assisted listening system and broadcast‑truck integration•   Troubleshoot audio/RF issues on the fly during live play•   Assist with matchday load‑in, setup, and strike Qualifications  •  Experience with live sports or broadcast audio•  Strong RF knowledge (Shure/Sennheiser preferred)•  Comfortable working pitch‑side in all weather conditions•  Excellent communication and fast problem‑solving skills•  Ability to work nights, weekends, and match‑driven schedules Additional Skills• MLS or professional soccer experience•  Dante certification
