Director - Product (Sports AI)

Product @ SportsAI:Dream Play is an AI-first video analytics platform for sports players. We help players understand and improve their game using match video and a scientifically designed Dream Play Rating that breaks performance into technical, tactical, and physical capabilities, providing a clear global benchmark. Dream Play AI analyses gameplay, tracks progress over time, identifies areas for improvement, and automatically creates highlights and key moments from matches. Your Role:

• Build long-term product vision with leadership, and translate it into quarterly business goals, clear priorities, and board-ready narratives
• Turn goals into focused roadmaps, ensuring teams execute with clear scope, speed, and data discipline
• Drive continuous user insight and product learning, via Research and Customer Success to inform product decisions and roadmap choices
• Own product success metrics, including definitions, tracking, hypotheses, experiments, and reviews tied to business goals
• Partner with business and marketing on growth, leading GTM strategy, spend ROI, PMM, Social, and Dream11 integrations for acquisition and engagement

Qualifiers:

• 8+ years of overall experience, with 5+ years in senior Product Management roles, building and scaling B2C digital products
• Strong AI-first mindset with hands-on usage, and the ability to drive AI-enabled execution across TPD (Tech, Product, Design) teams
• Experience leading and mentoring teams, with ownership of execution and outcomes
• Deep appreciation for high-quality product design and user experience
• Strong data and experimentation mindset
• Comfortable in fast-moving environments, balancing long-term vision with short-term delivery
