The Miami HEAT and Kaseya Center are hiring for a Programming department Intern to provide support to the Enterprise Department for successful execution of concerts, award shows, and non-NBA events at Kaseya Center, assisting with event operations, hospitality execution, BOH experiences, marketing checks, and admin tasks.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: The following are examples of the various functions required. The job requirements are not limited to the items on this list.  

  • Event Operations & Show Support

    • Assist with coordination for concerts and enterprise events.
    • Support BOH planning, gift creation, F&B experience, working with outside vendors, scheduling, etc.
  • Show Night Responsibilities

    • Assist with hospitality setup
  • Marketing Support

    • Check marketing assets during announces/on-sales; research creative ideas.
  • VIP Packages & Hospitality Execution

    • Concept development and execution. Manage know-before-you-go emails, detail to align within the space, decor setup, menu creation, guest list coordination, and financial organization.
    • Submitting Wrike requests.
  • Administrative & Financial Support

    • Consolidate expenses, prepare recaps, scan receipts, maintain (Billboard/Pollstar) lists, prepare meeting agendas and notes, submitting booking forms, draft location agreements and review certificates of insurance.
  • Support on marketing social campaigns, ideation and set up

  • Update internal project management board Monday.com with latest marketing materials (press photos, live photos, video content, announcement dates)

  • Enrolled in Event/ Business Mgmt program.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, strong communication skills.
  • Highly creative, self-starter, hands-on problem solving and project execution
  • Microsoft Office proficiency; bilingual preferred.
  • Must be available nights, weekends, and event days.
