JOB SUMMARY:

Assist the Fan Engagement Manager and Fan Engagement Coordinator with the daily responsibilities involved in administering the Packers official fan engagement programs (including Kids Club, PackersEverywhere.com, Packers Perks and other fan engagement initiatives).

 

This is a paid, full-time (40 hours per week) internship including hours during the work week, training camp, gamedays and special events.

 

Internship timeframe: June 2026 – June 2027. The official start/end date is subject to change and will be dictated by the Packers.

 

 

Job Responsibilities:

• Work all Packers home games and assist with all fan engagement activations (loyalty redemptions) and fulfillment.
• Assist in planning Packers Everywhere pep rallies, including event space research, managing prizing inventory, shipping event supplies, booking transportation, etc.
• Handle daily customer service for fan engagement platforms (answer phone calls, emails, letters, username/passwords, technology troubleshooting questions, etc.).
• Complete daily website/app testing for Packers Perks and ideate new monthly rewards and point-earning opportunities for the platform.
• Assist with daily/weekly/monthly fulfillment and distribution for Packers Perks and the Junior Power Pack.
• Assist with coordination of yearly fan engagement events (Jr. Power Pack football clinic, Packers Training Camp, sweepstakes fulfillment, etc.).
• Manage weekly fulfillment of Kids Club membership benefits, including packing membership kits, keeping an accurate track of inventory, mailing monthly renewal letters, shipping packages, etc.
• Assist with content ideation, creation and editing for the Packers Everywhere social media platforms.
• Assist with Brand & Marketing projects including new initiative research, playoff research, etc.
• Aiding brand & marketing department as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

 

Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree (preferably in marketing/communication/journalism)
• Self-starter with the ability to quickly learn and adapt in a professional setting.
• Experience in social media is a plus.
• Above average communication skills.
• This role requires a valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle.

 

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

• Ability to sit for extended periods of time.
• Ability to remain in a stationary position for periods of time.
• Ability to focus on projects for periods of time.
• Occasionally lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Operates in a professional office environment.
• Role routinely uses standard office equipment.

 

TRAVEL: Some travel between buildings is required.

 

SUPERVISES: This position does not have any supervisory responsibilities.
