The Role
We are seeking a disciplined and proactive Project Manager based in the United States to drive the execution of key workstreams for two of our strategic accounts. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of project plans, maintaining clear stakeholder communication, and ensuring the delivery of quarterly objectives. This role is focused on high-quality execution, ensuring all milestones align with our contractual commitments and the "Kitman Way" of transparent collaboration.
You will report to the Head of Programme Management (Ireland) and partner with cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to ensure a free flow of information and collective success. What you'll be doing

• Project Coordination: Act as a key point of contact for project delivery within two enterprise accounts, managing timelines and expectations.
• Execution & Results: Drive the end-to-end execution of quarterly deliverables, ensuring milestones are achieved on time and meet our quality standards.
• Plan Management: Build and maintain transparent project plans, including timelines, risk registers, and status updates, to ensure accountability across the team.
• Internal Collaboration: Coordinate internal resources to remove blockers and ensure cross-functional alignment.
• Status Reporting: Maintain consistent communication with customers—proactively reporting on progress, issues, and risks during delivery reviews.
• Contractual Compliance: Ensure deliverables meet agreed-upon obligations and help resolve scope questions with professionalism and Business Strategy in mind.
• Process Improvement: Apply structured methodologies to improve team outputs and customer satisfaction.
• Information Flow: Ensure customer feedback is accurately tracked and shared with internal teams to drive future value.

What we're looking for

• Experience: 3–5 years in project management, ideally within a SaaS or enterprise software environment.
• Delivery Focus: A Results-Oriented mindset with a track record of managing technical workstreams for high-value clients.
• Methodology: Solid understanding of project management frameworks (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and the ability to apply them to real-world problems.
• Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to provide clear, concise updates to both internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Organization: Exceptional ability to prioritise tasks and report clearly in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem Solving: A proactive approach to identifying risks and a comfort level working through ambiguity.
• Collaboration: Experience working effectively with distributed teams across multiple time zones.
• Tech Stack: Proficiency with the Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence) and Google Suite. Experience using AI to automate processes or improve efficiency is a significant plus.
