We are seeking a Training Camp Intern to contribute to the Indianapolis Colts off-site training camp. This role will support the Football Operations department by planning and executing the Club’s training camp move and daily operation. You will make integral contributions as a Colts team member and will gain real hands-on experience and exposure to an NFL organization.

The Training Camp Intern will report to the Director of Football Operations and collaborate with other departments and business partners throughout the internship.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Training Camp duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Plan and execute all moving logistics from Club’s facility to training camp site
• Set up, maintain and breakdown the training camp facility
• Execute daily training camp responsibilities with various departments
• Transport coaches, players, staff and guests to and from airport, training camp hotel and facility
• Manage training camp documents including inventory sheets and meeting room diagrams
• Act as primary contact and maintain working relationships with various vendors
• Manage inventory and organization of assigned areas throughout the building
• Support various departments with miscellaneous projects
• Assist with team travel tasks as assigned to prepare for the upcoming season
• Additional responsibilities as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

• Legally authorized to work in the United States for the duration of the internship
• Willing to relocate to the greater Indianapolis area for the duration of the internship
• Effective communicator with a strong work ethic
• Highly motivated and passionate about working in sports
• Detail-oriented and organized, flexible with the ability to multi-task
• Ability to stand for long periods of time; ability to lift and move objects up to 40 pounds
• Valid driver’s license and the ability to drive a company vehicle
• Available to work nights, weekends and holidays
