Business Operations Intern (Summer 2026) - MLS

Nashville SC is looking for highly motivated college students interested in being a part of the Major League Soccer team in Nashville. The ideal candidates will demonstrate initiative, the ability to multi-task, a willingness to learn, and a positive attitude. Please note: This is an unpaid internship for college credit only. To be eligible, candidates must be enrolled at an accredited academic institution and receiving college credit for their participation in the internship.
TERM: May 18, 2026 – August 7, 2026

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:* Support the Chief of Staff on day-to-day priorities and ongoing projects across the organization.

• Help maintain project notes, timelines, and updates to support ongoing initiatives.
• Assist with planning and coordination of unique programming, community events, and organizational events.
• Help build presentations and materials for executive updates and external-facing projects in collaboration with multiple departments.
• Assist with research and information gathering to support ongoing initiatives.
• Provide support on internal operations, including event logistics, office coordination, and general planning needs.
• Learn directly from senior leadership on how decisions are made and how the organization operates.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:* Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism.
• Interest in business operations, strategy, or sports management.

REQUIREMENTS:* Enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program and eligible for college credit.

• Pursuing a degree in Business, Sports Management, Economics, or a related field.
• Available 20–25 hours per week.
• Available to work in-person.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
