COMPANY BACKGROUNDThe Houston Dynamo Football Club (HDFC) is a multi-faceted organization dedicated to inspiring and supporting soccer participation and growth in Houston, TX and beyond. The Club’s brands include men's and women's professional teams - the Houston Dynamo (MLS) and Houston Dash (NWSL), a development academy, Houston Dynamo Dash Charities, as well as Shell Energy Stadium and Houston Sports Park.
The Club has a rich history, including MLS Cup titles (2006, 2007) and in-season tournament championships for both the Dynamo (2018) and Dash (2020) and is focused on building toward the next championships, inspiring and uniting the city of Houston through the sport of soccer and community outreach, and creating the most inclusive sporting experience and diverse fan base in the city and state.
PURPOSE OF THE JOBThis role will support the Club’s revenue-generating departments (Ticketing, Corporate Partnerships, and Marketing) by managing and optimizing CRM data, executing campaigns, and delivering actionable insights. The position will focus on Salesforce administration, lead management, campaign execution, and reporting to enhance fan engagement, sales performance, and operational efficiency.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES* Build, execute, and monitor CRM campaigns (email, sales outreach, and marketing initiatives) within Salesforce and integrated platforms.
- Manage lead ingestion processes, including importing, cleansing, deduplicating, and assigning leads to appropriate sales channels.
- Maintain data integrity within the CRM by enforcing data standards, conducting regular audits, and resolving data quality issues.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports in Salesforce and BI tools to track sales activity, campaign performance, pipeline health, and conversion metrics.
- Support ticketing and partnerships teams by providing lists, segmentation, and targeting for outbound campaigns.
- Assist in day-to-day Salesforce administration tasks, including user support, field updates, workflow rules, and basic automation.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Digital teams to track campaign performance and optimize audience targeting strategies.
- Document CRM processes and identify opportunities to improve workflows, automation, and reporting efficiency.
- Provide ad-hoc reporting and analysis related to lead generation, campaign effectiveness, and revenue performance.
- Assist in integrating and maintaining data flows between CRM and other systems (ticketing, marketing automation, digital platforms).
- Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS* Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Analytics, Information Systems, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (preferred or willingness to obtain within first 6 months).
- 0–2 years of experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce strongly preferred); internships and academic projects acceptable.
- Experience with Excel and data handling (sorting, filtering, basic formulas).
- Familiarity with reporting tools (Salesforce reports, Power BI, Tableau) – Preferred.
- Basic understanding of sales pipelines, marketing campaigns, or customer lifecycle management – Preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

- Passion for sports business and fan engagement is a plus.
