Job Description - This position is 100% Remote

Duties:

• The Partnership Engagement Associate is responsible for operational and administrative support to Customer Success and the Head of Business Development
• Support the team with projects and tasks throughout the sales and customer lifecycle for current and future partners
• Become an expert in Swish products and services and effectively communicate them to prospects, new customers and existing partners.
• Gain a deep understanding of the global sports betting industry, develop and maintain new relationships within the sector.
• Understand customer product/service needs and effectively communicate them to internal stakeholders at Swish.
• Administer and deliver required contract, departmental, project and customer reports
• Display a professional demeanor with the ability to support the execution of high profile corporate partner requests and inquiries
• Manage day-to-day inbound client inquiries over Slack, email and video conferencing
• Identify customer pain points and proactively reach out with solutions for clients
• Communicate relevant inquiries and tasks within Customer Success and Business Development

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Data Analytics, Sports, or a similar fields
• Strong written and verbal communications/presentation skills
• Ability to comprehend client inquiries and respond in a timely and professional manner
• Understanding of sports betting and fluency in sports betting odds
• Passion and knowledge of the NBA, NFL, MLB, NHL, and NCAA Basketball + Football
• Results driven work ethic – focused on improving processes and results
• Availability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends and/or holidays

Preferred:

• Sports betting industry experience
• Prior work experience in a customer experience position, ideally in a B2B company
• Experience working with API-oriented products
