Let's start with the role

You will join an expanding team committed to transforming data into invaluable insights that drive strategic business decisions and elevate performance. Your key responsibilities will encompass assisting with financial reporting, supporting the preparation of the group’s budget, and maintaining a focus on essential business metrics.

As a FP&A Analyst, you will:

• Analyze ad-hoc business queries.
• Prepare monthly reporting packs.
• Assist with maintaining and updating reports in response to changes in systems or Business Unit structures.
• Proficiently utilize tools to input and extract relevant data, producing high-quality reports.
• Contribute to scoping, designing, and developing new analyses to address emerging business needs as required.
• Assist in preparing monthly reports for management, providing key statistical and financial information.
• Participate in budget, forecast and strategic plan preparation.
• Assist in conducting variance analysis to explain the differences between the budget or forecast and actual performance.

What you will bring:

• University degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in FP&A, Finance, Reporting, or Controlling departments.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles, with strong analytical skills developed through finance education and a good grasp of reporting process structures and systems.
• Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
• Computer literate with advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including writing macros, creating pivot tables, graphs, and charts.
• Experience with ERP systems and planning tools (preferably Microsoft Dynamics Navision & Sap Analytics Cloud for Planning).
• Strong communication skills, team player, and leadership qualities.
• Familiarity with Alteryx or similar software for data preparation would be a plus.
• Familiarity with Data Visualization tools like Power BI would be a plus.
• Local or international Financial qualification would be a plus.
