Manager - Business Analytics

**Technology @Dream11:**Technology is at the core of everything we do. Our technology team helps us deliver a mobile-first experience across platforms (Android & iOS) while managing over 450 million rpm (requests per minute) at peak with a user concurrency of over 15 million.
We have over 190+ micro-services written in Java and backed by a Vert.x framework. These work with isolated product features with discrete architectures to cater to the respective use cases.
We work with terabytes of data, the infrastructure for which is built on top of Kafka, Redshift, Spark, Druid, etc. and it powers a number of use cases like Machine Learning and Predictive Analytics. Our tech stack is hosted on AWS, with distributed systems like Cassandra, Aerospike, Akka, Voltdb, Ignite, etc. Your Role:

• Defining, decomposing and solving business problems through various analytical & statistical techniques ( Heuristics, Regression, Classification etc.)
• Defining and co-owning business health metrics and influencing product roadmap to improve them
• Utilizing optimization and constraint programming techniques to influence product roadmap and decision making
• Demonstrating adherence to processes to ensure smooth delivery and collaboration systems for the team through tools like Jira, Confluence, Notion, etc.
• Developing complete understanding of business and user problems by studying behavioral patterns
• Providing transparent and timely communication highlighting current roadmap, status, challenges, delays, etc.
• Following data best practices of documentation, knowledge sharing and participate in hiring and mentoring team members

Qualifiers:

• 4+ years of relevant professional experience in analytics domain
• Proficiency in statistical and analytical programming (R/ Python/ Jupyter Notebooks) and visualization tools (Excel/ Looker/ Tableau/ Power BI/ Omniture/ Amplitude etc.)
• Awareness of the best practices in product experimentation (A/B, A/A, DOE, Multivariate) that is agile, reliable, decisive and leverages the best standards of industry practices.
• Experience in Machine Learning
