Master Data Management Engineer

Job Overview

The Master Data Management (MDM) team is a small but highly impactful group that plays a critical role in ensuring data quality, consistency, and accessibility across the company. Over the past three years, the team has built and implemented systems to maintain clean, high-quality master data while driving automation and governance processes. By leveraging cutting-edge AI and machine learning technologies, the team creates tools and solutions to unify data and support enterprise-wide initiatives.

MDM Manager

What will you do?

• Design and implement data pipelines, using AI and machine learning models to support master data management (MDM) initiatives.
• Develop and maintain master data quality dashboards to track and monitor metrics such as completeness, consistency, and accuracy.
• Conduct Ongoing monitoring, enhancement, and testing of master data Self-service tools including the Cost Center, Business Partner, AI Solutions, and MDM Hub.
• Support ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) initiatives by managing data collection, cleansing, feature engineering, and reporting.

We are looking for someone with:

• A bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, Artificial intelligence, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
• A passion for research and an ability to stay current on emerging trends in AI and machine learning.
• Basic Knowledge of SQL and familiarity with a programming language like Python.
• Familiarity with databases, data structures and datasets.
• Basic knowledge of Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning Modelling.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for documentation and collaboration.
• Problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented approach to debugging and troubleshooting.
• Fluency in English, spoken and written.

Work mode

• Onsite: during the probation period to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
• Hybrid: after the probation period.
• This role is not eligible for relocation support.
