As a Marketing Manager for Brand & Community at DreamSetGo, you will lead the strategic planning for brand DSG and manage all communications for the brand across owned and external communication channels. Your role will also involve growing and managing the DSG community of sports & travel enthusiasts which include our customers, High Net worth Individuals (HNIs) and strategic partners to drive more sales. You will be driving these strategic initiatives across digital channels, ATL media, experiential marketing (events & experiences) and Public Relations (PR). You will need to create a strong culture of analytics & insights to drive strategy, great content to create impact and collaboration within the organisation for a great customer experience. Key Responsiblities:

  • Brand Management & Positioning: Ownership of the brand & clear positioning for our customers. Manage brand & content strategy with a keen bias for execution to drive more sales.
  • Community Building & Social Media: Grow and engage our community with great content marketing initiatives.
  • Public Relations & Reputation Management: Build relationships, increase coverage and feature opportunities and drive reputation across all channels
  • Content creation and marketing: Be a content champion across all communication channels & platforms for DSG and drive higher engagement.
  • Experiential marketing: Use events, direct engagement opportunities and partnerships & alliances to engage customers and create new customers for DSG.
  • Analytics, insights and reports: Create a strong culture of analytics to optimize and improve efficacy of all initiatives.

Qualifiers:

  • 5+ years of experience in Marketing & Brand Management
  • Preferred prior experience: Startups, D2C (Consumer Goods / High frequency services), Agencies (Digital / Social / Production), Events & IPs
  • Strong drive for effective planning, execution and resourcefulness for problem solving. Growth mindset.
  • Robust understanding of the digital marketing, content marketing and experiential marketing
