About Our Client

Our Client is a Hospitality Management Group that exclusively supports college and club sports teams.

Job Description

* Work closely with both the founding partners and the sales team to maximize account management for existing accounts

* Collaborate with sales team to understand budgets, time frames and nuances of different accounts and manage end to end travel booking processes across the US

* Assist with warm lead generation and identifying strategic development areas for growth across accounts

* Effectively project manage data across internal CRM and Excel to track time lines and communicate variances to sales partner

The Successful Applicant

* Ideal candidate is local to the Norwalk, CT area - this role is 5 days/week on-site in office

* Bachelor's Degree

* Understanding and passion for sports management

* Customer service skills

* Microsoft Office Suite & CRM management

* Thrives in a fast paced environment
