Roundglass Sports offers children and youth across India access to international-standard coaching, academics and residential facilities in football, hockey and tennis in Punjab. About the role:

You will be responsible for ideating, creating and managing high quality social media content across the Sports verticals of Roundglass specifically for Hockey, Tennis & Golf. You will have a background and passion for sports and will generate an engaging stream of social media content in close collaboration with stakeholders from the Sports business. You will play a crucial role in growing our digital awareness and fan engagement.

This role is an exciting opportunity for a creative social media marketing specialist to join a fast-paced, multi-faceted, niche sports organization, and become an integral part of our journey of wholistic wellbeing to develop self, society, community and nation!

What you’ll do:

• Contribute to developing social media content strategy aligned with short-term and long-term marketing plan of Roundglass Sports.
• Collaborate with stakeholders of Hockey, Tennis & Golf in creative ideation, campaign scheduling and implementation aspects of social media action plans.
• Travel for important matches and to development/ grassroot centers to develop and execute engaging content for social media platforms.
• Use innovative methods to create compelling content, including graphics, videos, and live updates.
• Collaborate with the marketing and communications teams to align social media efforts with broader club initiatives and campaigns.
• Engage & interact with influencers to enhance the club's digital presence and expand reach.
• Translate the social media plan into daily / weekly plans; track execution progress, measure impact and implement a continuous improvement cycle for upcoming campaigns.
• Engage & interact with social media fans to enhance the club's digital presence and expand reach.
• Analyse consumer data, interactions, metrics and use this information to create comprehensive reports.
• Leverage best practices, analyze success metrics of previous content, and shape future campaigns to implement learnings and improvements.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Relevant education with at least 5+ years of prior work experience in sports social media marketing; should have a strong passion and career-preference for sports.
• Proven experience in social media management, preferably in sports,
• Proven ability to generate content through new and innovative methods.
• Creative thinker with attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Good interpersonal skills with an ability to collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Ability to cope well under pressure and be able to meet deadlines.
• Degree in Marketing, Digital marketing, Sports Management preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, both written and verbal.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple outreach campaigns simultaneously.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, trends, and customer insights.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team.
