Job Description:

As a Manager in Dentsu Sports Analytics (DSA), your role is to lead the understanding of audiences, creating questionnaires and surveys to deliver analysis and insights to clients.

Job Title: Manager, Dentsu Sports Analytics

Insights & Analysis:

1. Identify best approach for audience creation and analysis.
2. Elevate data to deep, actionable insights, resulting in identification of audience needs.
3. Compile data to answer research questions and inform insights and strategy.
4. Build audiences for use in insights, plans and potentially direct activation.
5. Create audience profiles and synthesise data into themes.
6. Build relationships with internal teams to drive more insightful strategies and plans.
7. Lead client presentation of Insights findings.
8. Play a key role in undertaking in-depth analysis of audiences using internal tools for clients and new business opportunities.
9. Responsible for training insight team.
10. Act as the 'owner' of CCS, YouGov, GWI tools for any updates or requests to the wider dentsu research team.
11. Lead on smaller market research focused studies and support Director in large scale projects.
12. Lead on survey software e.g., Snap for clients and own insights and reporting.
13. Support on visualisation of reporting and setting up dashboards for presentation of data.
14. Pro-actively look to improve current and future tools and services across Insights & Analysis.

Client Servicing/Account Management:

1. Manage day to day relationships with clients on small to medium projects.
2. Prepare proposal for small to medium projects, working with the Insights Director for sign off.
3. Set the tone for client servicing excellence and oversee the standards set.
4. Manage and lead client status calls / updates.
5. Understand the importance of time management & commerciality to ensure projects are run efficiently.

Project Management:

1. Take ownership and manage relevant client projects from start through to completion.
2. Work with wider team to ensure that projects are delivered on time and managed efficiently.
3. Share work with the broader agency and champion others.
4. Support directors with the management of resource and workloads across the team on designated projects.

Administration:

1. Responsible for costings and proposals for small to medium jobs and setting up cost estimates in Paprika.
2. Full knowledge of the legal process required to get jobs across the line.
3. Ensure that timesheets of self and direct reports are completed on time and accurately.
4. Oversee and be key point of contact for finance related activities on your accounts to ensure that all jobs are up to date in finance processes.
