Your Role
Weâre looking for a Solutions Consultant with sports science experience to help drive business growth of human-performance related services across APAC, focusing on the global pre-sales and post-sales deliverables, methodologies and processes.
In this role, youâll:
- Create growth. Youâll be a key member in helping us grow our customer base in a region of strategic importance to Hudlâone that serves our elite revenue team and customers (i.e., high performing universities, national governing bodies and professional sports organisations) across APAC.
- Help users be more efficient. Many sports organisations want to improve their athlete monitoring and development processes. Youâll help them gain inspiration from global best practices and shape them to fit the unique situation of the region.
- Make an impact on every phase. Youâll provide support for the pre-sales, pro service and product innovation phases of our elite customer journey, helping Hudl achieve significant annual recurring revenue (ARR) targets.
Must-Haves
- Experience. You have helped elite sports teams make the most of sports science-based performance workflows, and used consulting or pre-sales methodologies.
- Cross-collaboration skills. Youâve worked across the main areas of sports environments: coaching, analysis, recruitment and sports science. You know how these departments work together to achieve results.
- Excellent communication. Youâre able to effectively qualify sales opportunities, and convey ideas and solutions to customers and internal stakeholders. You excel at giving proposals, product demonstrations and presentations.
- Goal-oriented. Youâre motivated by improving the customer experience and hitting revenue goals within your team and region.
- Customer-driven. You put the customer first and strive to generate revenue by excelling at technical pre-sales and solution consulting.
- Analytical. Youâre good with scientific methods and numbers, but also like to get your hands dirty and hit the road with your team to meet with customers.
Nice-to-Haves
- Customer-facing experience. You understand SaaS sales methodologies and consulting methodologies, know why we always put the customer first, and strive to generate revenue by excelling at technical pre-sales and solution consulting.
- Product development. Youâve influenced or supported product development in SaaS for sports before.
- Multilingual. Fluent English is a must, any other languages are a plusâas is being comfortable working with diverse cultures.

Compensation
The compensation for this role is displayed below. The actual earnings will vary based on your individual performance against defined quotas youâll receive after your start date in your Individual Sales Plan (ISP).
Base Salary Range: $88,000 â $147,200 AUD
On-Target Earnings: $110,000 â $184,000 AUD
