**Technology @Dream11:**Technology is at the core of everything we do. Our technology team helps us deliver a mobile-first experience across platforms (Android & iOS) while managing over 450 million rpm (requests per minute) at peak with a user concurrency of over 15 million.
We have over 190+ micro-services written in Java and backed by a Vert.x framework. These work with isolated product features with discrete architectures to cater to the respective use cases.
We work with terabytes of data, the infrastructure for which is built on top of Kafka, Redshift, Spark, Druid, etc. and it powers a number of use cases like Machine Learning and Predictive Analytics. Our tech stack is hosted on AWS, with distributed systems like Cassandra, Aerospike, Akka, Voltdb, Ignite, etc.
**Systems IT @Dream11:**The Systems IT team manages the complete Dream11 network, tool and assets Infrastructure, with strong focus on governance, risk and compliance. Keeping our #UserFirst, Systems IT team has been very vital in ensuring enhanced productivity of all our clubs and Dream teams with scale-friendly automated processes.The team is also responsible for securing the company IT infrastructure. Your Role:

• Strategize and manage deployment of enterprise tools like Google Workspace, Slack, GitHub, Atlassian systems, and other SaaS solutions.
• Implement and maintain cybersecurity measures (access controls, antivirus, firewalls, patch management).
• Execute and provision IAM in compliance with global policies, ensuring proper access controls.
• Oversee deployment, configuration, and monitoring of cloud infrastructure for enterprise/SaaS tools.
• Maintain comprehensive IT documentation (Runbooks, KPIs, troubleshooting guides).
• Manage software licensing, hardware procurement, and vendor relationships.

Qualifiers:

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise solutions and developer tools, including 3+ years in leadership or strategic roles.
• Expertise in managing enterprise tools and software (e.g., Google Suite, Jira, IDAM).
• Proven track record in overseeing large-scale IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, cloud, and endpoint security.
• Hands-on with scripting and automation (PowerShell, Bash, Python) is a plus.
• Strong understanding of security, logging, RBAC, firewalls, and data protection.
