Associate Manager - Business Analytics

In content, FanCode offers interactive live streaming for sports with industry-first subscription formats like Match, Bundle and Tour Passes, along with monthly and annual subscriptions at affordable prices. Through FanCode Shop, it also offers fans a wide range of sports merchandise for sporting teams, brands and leagues across the world. Job Responsibilites:

• Develop effective analytical solutions, share comprehensive user insights and actionable recommendations  (both predictive and prescriptive)
• Create frameworks to provide enriched and unified view of users and develop data-led strategies to guide product roadmap
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and craft intervention strategies to help meet organization goals
• Design and execute A/B testing and other experimental methodologies to validate new features and improvements

Must Haves:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in relevant quantitative discipline (Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering etc.)
• 2-4 years of experience in core Analytics domain
• Advanced problem-solving skills. Ability to break down complex problems and demonstrated ability to present insights in a clear and concise manner
• Excellent proficiency in SQL  and expertise in working with large datasets across multiple sources
• Expertise in any of the dashboarding/visualization tools - Looker / Power BI /Tableau

Good to Haves:

• Passion for sports
• Familiarity with product lifecycle management
• Experience in deploying complex Analytical solutions using Python/R
