Let’s start with the role: 

As an SEO Specialist, you will be part of a highly skilled and collaborative team of Senior SEOs dedicated to driving organic growth through data-driven strategies.

You’ll play an active role in managing SEO operations, long-term strategies, and deliverables across multiple international markets. Working closely with internal teams and external agencies, you’ll contribute to improving our company’s visibility in SERPs, increasing organic traffic, and driving organic registrations.

As an SEO Specialist you will:

• Implement and support on-site and off-site SEO strategies to enhance organic search rankings.
• Analyze and report on SEO performance, providing insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Conduct in-depth keyword research to understand user intent, evaluate search volume, and identify new opportunities.
• Monitor competitors and industry trends to uncover new SEO growth opportunities.
• Perform comprehensive SEO audits, identifying and prioritizing technical and content-related improvements.
• Collaborate with content teams to brief and review SEO-optimized content that aligns with best practices.
• Stay updated on the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and emerging tools to ensure continuous improvement.

 

What you’ll bring

• Minimum 2 years of SEO experience, preferably in the GameTech industry or another regulated sector.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Strong understanding of ranking factors, search algorithms, and SEO best practices.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to extract meaningful insights from large datasets.
• Proficiency in SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog).
• Experience in technical SEO and understanding of website architecture, crawlability, and indexation.
• Solid knowledge of SEO content best practices and optimization techniques.
• Comfortable working with Google Sheets, Excel, and other data analysis tools.
• Basic understanding of Content Management Systems (CMS) like WordPress.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Looker Studio, Power BI).
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and how they impact SEO performance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
