Fullstack Software Engineer - Business Optimization

We’re looking for a Fullstack Engineer to join our Business Optimization Team at Veo. In this role, you’ll help build and scale internal tools and integrations that make life easier for teams like Sales, Marketing, and Customer Support.
This team ensures seamless integrations that keep Veo running smoothly, connecting platforms like Salesforce, Zendesk, and other essential business tools. You'll contribute to workflow automation and process improvements that support Veo's continued growth and operational efficiency.

• Design, build, and optimize fullstack solutions for internal systems, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
• Develop and maintain APIs to facilitate seamless data integration across services.
• Create efficient and intuitive frontend applications using React and TypeScript.
• Ensure best practices in architecture, security, UI/UX, and code quality.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineers, data teams, and business stakeholders.
• Automate and optimize workflows to improve operational efficiency.

What We’re Looking For

• Fullstack expertise with React, TypeScript, and backend development (Python, Java, or Node.js)
• Experience in API development, system integrations, and cloud-based architectures.
• Familiarity with monorepos (Nx is a plus) for scalable code management.
• Proficiency in CI/CD, version control, and software development best practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business needs into scalable solutions.
• Good communication skills and a collaborative working style.
