**DEPARTMENT OVERVIEW:**Responsible for the overall planning, booking, promotion and production of concerts at Fenway Park. Fenway Concerts and Entertainment oversees concert operations from start to finish, including the preparation of all concert licensing documents pertaining to safety, communication, production planning, ticket sales, and transportation. Fenway Concerts and Entertainment works directly with concert promoters, artist and tour management, and the concert production team on all aspects of concerts at Fenway. This department continually develops and maintains key relationships with executives, touring personnel, and performing artists worldwide throughout the music and entertainment industry.  **POSITION OVERVIEW:**The Fenway Concerts Department is seeking a driven and committed individual to join the team as a seasonal Fenway Concerts Assistant. This position will support the department with office assistance, game day and show day operations and other assigned responsibilities.  RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide ballpark tours of Fenway Park to music industry executives and artists, ensuring a first-class experience.
  • Collaborate with Business Analytics to track concession sales, buyer behavior, and fan demographics, optimizing revenue strategies.
  • Analyze ticket sales to identify pricing strategies and marketing needs.
  • Create promotional assets for concert promotion on social media and billboards.
  • Design and create all internal documents to distribute information to the rest of the organization.
  • Organize and archive all creative assets and photos into a database for future marketing/internal use.
  • Design all informational assets for social media such as “Know Before You Go” slides.
  • Coordinate production and hospitality logistics to support ballpark-wide concerts, meeting all artist and tour requirements.

CHARACTERISTICS/QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 1-2 years of work experience within fast-paced and high energy environments.
  • General knowledge of the music industry and concert production is preferred.
  • Innovative and well-organized with a strong work ethic and a desire/willingness to learn.
  • Strong level of passion and commitment to providing a high standard of customer service.
  • Excellent written, verbal and telephone communication skills.
  • Self-motivated team player able to work long hours, nights, weekends and holidays.
  • Proficiency with MS Office and Canva.
  • Experience with ticketing analytic software such as Tableau is preferred.
