We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated International Content Manager to support our organization content strategy and video production for social media & digital brand accounts in China and other key international markets.

What You Will Do:

• Develop social media strategies and produce mobile-first content for international brand pages, focused on China & other key growth markets
• Serve as the in-house liaison to agency partners, facilitating pitchback process, concept review and asset-management.
• Lead development of bespoke content for major brand campaigns that is specialized for international target markets
• Develop and produce player-specific trend and off-court/lifestyle focused content for platforms like Weibo
• Support international partnership content ideation and content production with Marketing & Global Partnership Solutions leads
• Collaborate with Marketing and Business Intelligence team leads on social media KPIs, organizational growth goals
• Adapt and translate English-first content for Chinese platforms
• Assist with global paid media deployment and analytics tracking
• Be a cross-department leader for all initiatives involving international marketing on digital platforms

What We Need From Our International Content Manager:

• 2-3 years experience writing copy, capturing content (mobile-first or videography) and deploying content on social media platforms
• Experience working with international content for US based brands or direct-brand content in China
• Strong campaign management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• A passion for social media, as well as basketball, entertainment, and pop culture
• High level of professionalism, including confidentiality to handle sensitive information
• Fluency in English and Mandarin (Required)
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including long hours, evening, weekends, holidays
• Experience with paid media campaigns (preferred)

Experience/ Education Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• Previous experience working for a brand, agency, athlete or team
• Experience with Adobe Suite such as Photoshop, Premiere Pro, etc. (preferred)
