Hi, I’m Dan Payne, Product Director here at Hawk-Eye Innovations. I’m excited to invite you to join our team as we build HawkAI — a new predictive insights platform powered by generative AI.

We’re creating something that’s going to shift the way sport is understood and analysed. Starting with football, we’re building tools to turn real-time data into real-world impact — for players, coaches, and fans alike. If that excites you, we’d love to have you on board.

What Your Day Will Look Like

As Product Manager for HawkAI, you’ll help shape the direction, growth, and delivery of a first-of-its-kind product at Hawk-Eye. You’ll be the link between vision and reality, helping us turn sports data and AI into a tool people love using.

Your week might include:
● Owning and evolving the product roadmap — keeping it aligned with company goals and market trends
● Working with our machine learning, software and UX teams to turn insights into practical, high-impact features
● Getting close to users and stakeholders — learning what matters and tailoring the product to meet those needs
● Supporting the design and delivery of web-based tools that are intuitive and genuinely useful
● Running customer interviews, prototyping, and usability testing to validate features before and after launch
● Helping manage timelines and ensuring we deliver quality without the chaos
● Leading idea sessions on how generative AI can be used across sport and our wider business
● Running strategy reviews and helping prioritise what’s next

What We’re Looking For :

You don’t need to tick every box, but here’s what would make someone a great fit:

Must-haves
● Solid experience in product roles — ideally with SaaS or B2B platforms
● Hands-on understanding of generative AI and its real-world applications
● Great communication skills — able to talk tech with engineers and insight with stakeholders
● Experience working in Agile environments and managing dev cycles
● A good eye for design, UX, and how to make complex things feel simple
● Organised, clear-thinking, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities
● Experience launching new technologies in a commercial setting
● A real passion for sport and an understanding of the industry
