This in-person position is responsible for supporting the overall data strategy of the Business Intelligence & Analytics department, while working closely with the Premium and Sponsorship departments. The position will contribute throughout the entire data analytics lifecycle, including data acquisition, data hygiene, reporting, analytical modeling, and business application. Additionally, the role will proactively find areas of opportunity to streamline internal processes, develop automation, and build scalable data solutions.
Essential Responsibilities:* Acquire, organize, analyze, and present data from CRM, ticket sales, email engagement, and various other business verticals
- Leverage analytics to improve the effectiveness of sales and marketing campaigns and deliver actionable insights
- Curate targeted audience segments for marketing campaigns, while overseeing the approval process to ensure data accuracy and integrity throughout all stages of the campaign build
- Utilize SQL queries to retrieve business information, and address ad-hoc data requests and projects as needed (e.g., campaign performance metrics, fan profiles)
- Facilitate A/B testing implementation and analysis to optimize engagement and conversion
- Develop strategies for data enhancements to get a full picture of the New York Jets fan
- Develop predictive, prescriptive and machine learning data models (e.g., fan clustering, marketing campaign analysis, lookalike) to support audience activation, identify business risks, and drive business outcomes
- Work closely with the Premium and Sponsorship departments to create, manage, and analyze sales campaigns and opportunities
- Assist in the administration of our Microsoft Dynamics CRM system by maintaining data integrity and troubleshoot when needed
- Assist in maintaining assets within CRM system and their corresponding rate cards for our Sponsorship and Premium departments
- Design, build and maintain Power BI reports to track key performance indicators across all channels (e.g., CRM activities, Sales Campaigns, Revenue Reporting)
Qualifications:* 1-2 years of experience in an analytical role
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Operations Research, or Economics
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment, maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines
- Experience using and administrating Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
- Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills with the ability to clearly convey ideas and collaborate effectively amongst stakeholders, many of which function outside of the analytics space
- Proficiency with data visualization tools, Microsoft Excel, and other Office products
- Curious self-starter who learns new concepts quickly
Salary range for this role: USD $70,000 to $90,000 per year and discretionary annual company bonus, dependent on the specific qualifications of the successful candidate.
