Your tasks

• You analyze data from scouting, game analysis and athletics to provide targeted support to the licensed team,
• You develop applications such as web apps and dashboards for the sports sector – with the aim of making knowledge more usable,
• You automate data-driven processes – from data processing to visualization,
• You will contribute to the development and optimization of machine learning models for the analysis of event and tracking data,
• You conduct literature research on current data science approaches in football and prepare them in a practical way,
• You will work closely with various specialist departments (e.g. game analysis, athletics, scouting) and contribute your perspective.

What you bring with you:

• You are currently studying (e.g. (business) informatics, mathematics, data science, or related courses),
• You have solid knowledge of Python and/or R and ideally some experience with web development or dashboarding,
• You work in a structured, responsible manner and enjoy developing technical solutions for sporting issues,
• You think process-oriented, are a team player and approach tasks with initiative,
• You are fluent in both German and English,
