The role sits within the Gaming & Rewards product vertical, leading a team of product analysts in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. You'll be at the forefront of building world-class product analytics and research practices while working closely with product leadership to drive business impact through a customer-centric decision making approach. A role crucial in scaling our analytics and research capabilities and fostering a culture where data and research drive decision-making. 

We’re looking for a hands-on leader who can actively perform advanced analyses while building and developing a team.

As a Lead Product Analyst, you'll be responsible for product analysis & research, defining and measuring the success for the entire Gaming & Rewards Product portfolio, AI driven and not, spanning in 21 Countries. Establishing analytical frameworks, mentoring team members, and ensuring data-driven decision-making across all Gaming & Rewards initiatives. Your role will be crucial in scaling our product analytics capabilities and fostering a culture of research & data-driven, customer-centric decision-making, maximizing ROI, creating & maintaining a feedback loop, for continuous improvement & product discovery.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Development

• Lead and mentor a team of Product Analysts, providing guidance and career growth.
• Establish best practices for analytics processes, tools documentation, and knowledge sharing.
• Facilitate collaboration between Product Analysts and other teams across Kaizen Gaming by supporting Product Research, Discovery & Performance Loops.

Product & Business Impact

• Develop & maintain the team's strategic initiatives & roadmap, aligned with product and business objectives.
• Lead strategic product analysis projects that inform major product decisions.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to define success metrics for key initiatives.

Data Analysis and Insights

• Oversee the quality and consistency of analysis across the team on the Gaming & Rewards Products.
• Connect the Product Analytics team’s Quantitative data insights with Qualitative insights & Stakeholders for a 360° customer view and needs.
• Review and validate team deliverables, ensuring high standards of analytical rigor
• Support the Experimentation Framework for unveiling opportunities & hypothesis testing.

Stakeholder Management

• Directly influence product strategy through data-driven narratives.
• Manage expectations and priorities across multiple stakeholders such as Product Management, Data & Analytics, Design Management, AI, Marketing, UX Research, CRM, Commercial & Engineering teams.
• Lead research & analytics-related communications and knowledge sharing.

What you'll bring:

• 4+ years of product analytics experience with 2+ years in a people management role
• A strong business mindset and ability to connect analytics insights to real product outcomes, helping shape strategy and prioritization
• Proven track record of building and leading high-performing analytics teams
• Strong understanding of product development and user behavior analytics
• Experience with product analytics tools (GA4, Looker, Full Story, etc.)
• Experience working with and leveraging AI in product analytics & research
• Experience in online gaming, betting, or similar digital entertainment industries is a plus
• Advanced degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Business Analytics or a related field is preferred

• Excellence in building collaborative relationships across functions

Communication and Impact

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to translate complex analysis into actionable insights through efficient and captivating storytelling
