As a Full Stack AI Engineer, you will be a core part of our product and AI engineering team as we build the future of sports tech. You won’t just write code - you’ll help redefine what’s possible in professional sports.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Drive innovation by leading the development of AI-based systems that will redefine what’s possible in sports • Design, develop, and maintain scalable fullstack web applications integrating AI/ML models • Collaborate on building PACETEQ’s unified Sports Data Platform • Implement backend services, RESTful APIs, and frontend UIs in modern JavaScript frameworks (React, or similar) • Integrate ML models into production systems • Help define software architecture that supports real-time decision intelligence for sports • Contribute to DevOps and ML Ops pipelines. • Learn and grow through cross-functional projects with a crew of embedded engineers, application developers, and sports experts • Operate with speed and precision in a performance-driven environment • Report directly to our CTO and work shoulder-to-shoulder with the CEO when the stakes are high

WHAT YOU BRING

• 3–6 years experience in fullstack engineering with exposure to AI/ML • Proficiency with JavaScript, React, and other web technologies • Hands-on experience deploying machine learning models in a production environment • Strong API design skills (REST / GraphQL) • Experience with containerization (Docker), cloud platforms (AWS), CI/CD • Familiarity with AI tools/libraries (scikit-learn, PyTorch/TensorFlow, OpenCV, etc.) • High accountability and ownership: able to independently deliver full features • Strong verbal + written communication in English • Adaptable mindset — solving technical challenges in fast-moving environments
