Job Responsibilities:

• Optimize, maintain, and repair all video and broadcast systems at Nissan Stadium, Ascension Saint Thomas Sports Park, and Titans House. Including but not limited to; Stadium Control room, ASTSP Studio and Control Room, Cameras, intercom, KVM, IPTV, AV systems, fly-packs, and control systems.
• Serve as the Video EIC for Gameday, Major Event, and Special Events including park & power, set day, and patching responsibilities.
• Collaborate with Titans Technology and Innovation, Network (CBS/FOX/ABC), Local affiliate, and Titans marketing teams as well as other Titans internal teams on projects and maintenance.
• Communicate to TOC’s and NOCs for transmission and live broadcasts.
• Build, maintain, and manage an inventory of production assets for stadium, studio, and ENG use. Including but not limited to; ARRI & Sony cameras and lenses. Canon & Fujinon lenses and PTZ systems, Aputure and ETC fixtures.
• Create standard operating and safety guidelines for video systems.
• Recruit, mentor, train, and lead a team of world class video engineers and system experts
• Assist in the design of New Nissan Stadium. Including RFP, selection, testing, and implementation.
• Other duties as assigned by the Senior Director of Production, Broadcast, & Technology.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma required. Bachelor’s Degree in Video Engineering, Broadcasting, or related fields preferred. An equivalent combination of relevant technical education and professional experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
• Minimum of 8 – 10 years’ experience in video engineering and system design for large (5,000+) venues (i.e. stadiums, arenas, music venues, houses of worship, etc.). 10+ years of experience preferred.
• Minimum of 8-10 years’ experience directly leading a team of video engineers and technicians. 10+ years of experience preferred.
• Highly organized and process-oriented, with a focus on equipment maintenance, asset depreciation tracking and adherence to event procedures and standards.
• Expert knowledge and user on Ross, Daktronics, Evertz, EVS, AWS, Riedel, VITEC systems
• Advanced knowledge of 4K HDR UHD broadcast technology, SMTPE ST2110, NDI, IP Routing, SDI Routing, encoding protocols and streaming protocols
• Advanced knowledge and maintenance of stadium infrastructure and LED displays
• Advanced knowledge of control systems (Q-SYS), intercom, IPTV, wireless cameras and MAM systems.
• Advanced user on REVU, AutoCAD, REVIT, Navisworks
• Advanced Microsoft Office user
• Proven track record of managing multiple projects and events simultaneously while consistently delivering on time and within budget.
• Strong ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical audience, including Senior Leadership.
• Ability and willingness to commit to a non-traditional work schedule that will include nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous experience in the sports industry is a plus but not require
