AI Data Engineer (m/f/d)

• Lead the design and implementation of scalable, resilient data architectures and machine learning infrastructure impacting the experience of more than 10 million fitness members.
• Collaborate closely within the Data Team, and other engineering teams to translate complex business challenges into innovative, data-driven solutions.
• Drive data excellence and integrity across all stages of the data lifecycle by enforcing data governance best practices ensuring data reliability and trustworthiness.
• Continuously learn, evaluate, and integrate new cutting-edge data and AI technologies (including Generative AI, MLOps tools, and advanced cloud services) to maintain our competitive edge

Your Profile

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in data engineering, with focus on AI/ML environments
• A deep understanding of data architecture principles and machine learning workflows
• Proficiency in Python and its relevant data engineering and AI libraries
• Extensive experience in working with cloud platforms and their associated data services (e.g. Redshift, Glue, EMR, SageMaker)
• Solid command of both relational (e.g. Postgres) and non-relational (e. g. MongoDB, Dynamo DB) database systems
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to debug complex data issues and implement robust solutions
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English
• Familiarity with common machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn) and practical experience with Generative AI concepts
