FanDuel is looking for a dynamic Procurement Operations & Enablement Senior Manager to serve as the operational architect of our Source-to-Procure (S2P) engine. This role is foundational to the success of our transformation programs and serves as a critical connector across Procurement, Technology, Finance, and Flutter Group. This is more than a management role—it’s a people leadership role with direct management of a team (3–5 reports) and the opportunity to design, streamline, and scale how Procurement delivers value across the enterprise.
In addition to the specific responsibilities outlined above, employees may be required to perform other such duties as assigned by the Company. This ensures operational flexibility and allows the Company to meet evolving business needs.

- Lead Procurement Operations - Govern and evolve the Intake-to-Contract Execution and PO Lifecycle operations to ensure business agility, data integrity, and policy alignment.
- **Drive Escalation & Resolution Excellence -**Triage complex issues, policy exceptions, and platform escalations with confidence and clarity, serving as the go-to stabilizer across the enterprise.
- Enable Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) - Champion end-to-end contract process governance—including ownership hierarchies, metadata, routing, signature execution, milestone management, and repository hygiene. Ensure clear role definitions and operational alignment from intake through contract execution.
- Reinforce Supplier Compliance - Ensure that procurement operations uphold strong supplier documentation practices, audit-ready records, and compliance with applicable regulatory, enterprise, and industry standards.
- Enhance Cross-Functional Escalation Coordination - Manage issue triage with speed and precision, ensuring stakeholders across Legal, Finance, Sourcing, and Technology are aligned and supported in a timely, coordinated manner.
- **Shape Our Tools & Tech Stack -**Own and evolve tooling strategy across intake, CLM, and automation—partnering closely with S2P leads, transformation teams, Technology, Data, and our support center.
- **Fuel Data-Driven Decisions -**Collaborate with business intelligence and analytics teams to deliver dashboards that surface actionable insights across the ecosystem, driving both performance and value realization.
- Support FanDuel Group Office Coverage - Build and manage scalable, volume-based support models that provide seamless service across time zones, business units, and support tiers.
- Own Playbooks & Internal Comms - Deliver intuitive enablement resources, stakeholder communications, and self-service guides that promote business fluency and streamlined engagement.
- Advance Enterprise-Wide Initiatives - Help drive transformation efforts, policy enhancements, audit readiness, ERP/S2P rollout activities, and regulatory compliance controls across S2P, Finance, and Flutter Group.
THE STATS
What we're looking for in our next teammate
6+ years in procurement operations, shared services, or process enablement in a matrixed, high-volume environment
2+ years of proven experience managing direct reports and leading teams.
Deep understanding of procurement workflows (intake through contract execution and payment)
Experience managing global, cross-functional teams (onshore/offshore/federated)
Strong executive presence with a calm, confident, solution-first approach
Proficiency in Procurement, ERP (e.g., Oracle), CLM platforms, and BI/reporting tools
Fluency in contract process design, role hierarchy, approvals, and metadata control
Passion for automation, AI/IA, and RPA technologies
Builder mindset—you lead with people, process, and systems to create scalable, meaningful impact
Led procurement operations during an ERP or S2P transformation (Workday, Oracle, SAP, Coupa, etc.) preferred
Previous Hands-on experience deploying AI/IA/RPA in procurement activities and workflows preferred
Experience in federated procurement model or supported global business units highly desired
Knowledge of sports and/or experience working within a heavily regulated industry is a plus

The applicable salary range for this position is $116,000 - $145,000 USD, which is dependent on a variety of factors including relevant experience, location, business needs and market demand. This role may offer the following benefits: medical, vision, and dental insurance; life insurance; disability insurance; a 401(k) matching program; among other employee benefits. This role may also be eligible for short-term or long-term incentive compensation, including, but not limited to, cash bonuses and stock program participation. This role includes paid personal time off and 14 paid company holidays. FanDuel offers paid sick time in accordance with all applicable state and federal laws.
