The Manager, Marketing Analytics will oversee marketing performance and campaign analytics across the full spectrum of needs in the Olympic & Paralympic movement in the U.S., including initiatives from the U.S. Olympic & Paralympic Committee (USOPC), LA28, Partners, athletes, and key peers. The role will be responsible for analyzing omnichannel marketing campaigns across owned social, paid media, email, web/digital, eCommerce and fundraising, translating performance data into strategic recommendations that drive engagement with our brands.
This role will work closely with other members on the Insights & Analytics team and will collaborate with various USOPC and LA28 functions (including but not limited to USOPC Marketing, LA28 Marketing, Partnership Marketing, Sales, Consumer Products, USOPC Fundraising/Development, LA28 Games Planning & Development, and NBC Insights).
The Manager, Marketing Analytics will serve as both a technical expert and strategic thought partner, ensuring that data-driven insights are accurate and actionable across a wide range of stakeholders. The individual will have demonstrated experience in campaign analytics, performance reporting, and data visualization. They will be skilled in interpreting the why behind the numbersāconnecting marketing metrics to business objectives and crafting compelling stories from complex datasets. The ideal candidate is a critical thinker, collaborative partner, and self-starter with a structured mindset and a passion for uncovering insight in support of the Olympic & Paralympic Movement.

Performance Analytics& Reporting
Oversee and optimize marketing campaign reporting across Team USA and LA28 digital touchpoints, including social media, email, web, e-commerce, and donation platforms. Lead end-to-end analysis of omnichannel marketing campaigns, translating performance data into actionable insights that support brand engagement and fan growth objectives. Own the vision and strategy for marketing analytics deliverables, ensuring outputs align with evolving stakeholder needs and drive strategic decision-making. Develop and deliver tailored reporting and presentations for stakeholders across varying levels of data fluency, from day-to-day teams to senior leadership. Provide in-depth analysis of paid media performance, evaluating effectiveness, spend efficiency, and ROI to inform media planning and optimization strategies. Coordinate with agencies to ensure consistency in metrics, approach, and reporting guidelines Oversee the development and evolution of marketing channel and campaign dashboards and the broader reporting stack, ensuring tools, data visualizations, and reporting workflows meet stakeholder needs and align with business objectives. Collaborate with the Data Infrastructure team to evaluate the suite of marketing analytics tools and platforms, identifying gaps and opportunities to enhance data capabilities. Drive continuous improvement in reporting formats, insight depth, and storytelling approaches to ensure deliverables are timely, relevant, and aligned with business priorities.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Team Leadership
Oversee the marketing analytics strategic roadmap on the road to Milan-Cortina, LA28 and beyond, identifying near and long-term opportunities to improve and scale campaign reporting services and capabilities Serve as the primary liaison for marketing analytics needs between the Insights team and key stakeholders across USOPC and LA28. Lead all marketing analytics reporting within the Insights & Analytics team, working closely with other team members across different pillars to ensure cohesive storytelling and analysis across different data sources. Engage with relevant stakeholders across USOPC and LA28 to understand evolving business needs, translate them into analytics requirements, and ensure data solutions support strategic objectives. Champion best practices in campaign measurement and performance reporting across the organization, guiding partners in how to use and interpret data effectively. Manage and prioritizeanalytics deliverables, balancing campaign performance deep-dives, long-term dashboard strategy, and time-sensitive ad-hoc requests.
Here are the skills and experience you'll need to be effective:
Bachelorās degree from a top-tier university in marketing, statistics or related field preferred 5+ years of experience in data analytics, marketing technology, or a related field Proven experience working with diverse marketing data sources across channels including but not limited to organic social media, web/digital, paid media, and email marketing; must demonstrate a strong understanding of the unique structures, limitations, and insights each channel provides, and the ability to synthesize them into a cohesive analytics strategy. Experience working with digital analytics tools, such as Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics and social analytics tools; Digital Tag Management systems a plus Proficiency with SQL and/or other query languages and understanding of data warehouse environments and relational database management systems. Ability to write complex queries, joins. Experience working with Microsoft Azure preferred Proficiency with Tableau, or similar data visualization tools Familiarity with ETL & data processing tools such as Azure Data Factory and Fivetran and cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake preferred An understanding of the entire data lifecycle including back-end processes and ETL workflows Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams A structured thought process with well-developed problem-solving skills and ability to work independently to resolve issues amid ambiguity Demonstrated impact supporting integrated projects across multiple offices/time zones in a timely manner Candidate must be a self-starter, independent, a creative thinker, ambitious, and results-oriented, with experience in defining tasks, seeking feedback, and evolving work where applicable Ability to work effectively in a close team environment, providing project management for various projects and initiatives Proven ability to build good interpersonal relationships with people across the organization A collaborative mindset: someone who prioritizes the team and fosters a culture of high performance without ego Extremely detail-oriented with excellent analytical, organizational and time management skills ā we seek āmeasure twice, cut onceā employees Exceptional oral, written, and presentation skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proven ability to develop and sell concepts and campaigns Ability to think independently and contribute to cross-functional campaigns Appreciation for sport and the ideals of the Olympic & Paralympic movements

Hiring pay range $76,000 - $96,000 per year This Full-Time, Exempt position is intended to work 40 hours per week Bonus: This position will be eligible for the Annual Incentive Award Program, which has a 15% target.
