Join our team and help shape the future of athletic performance! 📌 Your MissionYou’ll be a key contributor to the Football Area, supporting Sport Science evaluation and monitoring activities across both the Male and Female Youth Sectors. 🔍 What You’ll DoConduct functional assessments of athletes in male and female teamsMonitor and analyze training sessionsEvaluate training loads and provide feedback for youth categoriesAnalyze anthropometric data from grassroots and youth sectorsSupport research, education, and development initiatives within the R&D department 🎓 What We’re Looking ForBachelor’s degree in Sports Science (Master’s preferred)Experimental thesis and certifications in Sport Science & Performance are a plusPrevious experience in training monitoring and data analysis (e.g., university projects, internships, personal initiatives) is an advantage 🧠 Technical SkillsSolid understanding of training theory and methodology, ideally in footballAbility to interpret and apply international scientific literatureBasic skills in descriptive statisticsAdvanced proficiency in Excel and Microsoft OfficeFamiliarity with monitoring systems (heart rate monitors, GPS)Experience with neuromuscular assessment tools (dynamometers, force platforms) 🤝 Soft SkillsStrong interpersonal and communication skillsTeam-oriented mindsetGood command of written and spoken EnglishFluency in Italian is mandatory 👥 CollaborationYou’ll work closely with technical staff, medical teams, and athletes.💡 Ready to make a difference in sports?
