The Role
We’re looking for a junior Data & Scouting Assistant to join full-time, working 5 days a week (3 days in our Windsor office with 2 days flexible remote options). You will leverage professional scouting tools and data analysis to ensure player and game realism.

Key Responsibilities
·    Create, adjust, and manage data in our bespoke online tool.
·    Contribute to player, coach, and team data.
·    Support data-driven projects and live service operations.
·    Track global football competitions for ongoing updates.
·    Collaborate across teams to enhance gameplay accuracy.
·    Support the Data & Scouting Manager with ad-hoc tasks.
Essential Requirements
·    Minimum undergraduate degree in Performance Analysis, Sports & Exercise Science, Data Science, or a closely related field.
·    This is a graduate-level role requiring specialist academic training; applications without a relevant degree will not be considered.
·    Deep football knowledge and strong attention to detail.
·    Demonstrable interest and knowledge of football video games.
·    Thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
·    Proficient with Opta ProVision, WyScout, or similar platforms.
·    Strong organisational and communication skills.
·    Comfortable using Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables).
·    Looking to improve and develop professionally.
·    Right to work in the UK.
Desirable
·    Previous experience working within professional football (e.g., internships, placements).
·    Postgraduate degree in Performance Analysis or related field.
·    Programming experience (e.g., Python, R, SQL) to support data analysis and reporting.
