• Assists the Twins Creative team in capturing, editing and producing promotional videos, social executions, graphics and animations.
• Shoot and edit game day highlights in a timely manner.
• Support our community initiatives by creating content off-the-field as requested and volunteering when able.
• Contribute and assist in the production of long form storytelling video such as "The Diamond".
• Create content and support brand marketing and/or social media initiatives throughout the season.
• Use an already established set of video production skills to elevate, develop and learn video production in a collaborative and exciting environment.

Required Experience and Education: 

• Bachelor's degree in video production, communications, or a related field.

Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: 

• Ability to think conceptually.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and professional/DSL cameras.
• Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining strong attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize, pivot and adjust while working in a high energy environment.
• Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
