• Creating/listing online item listings, as well as auction listings.
• Set up, tear down and management of Authentics kiosk during home games.
• Fulfilling/shipping online orders.
• Creation/execution of the bi-weekly inventory mailing list.
• Assist in the management of all inventories related to game-used and autographed memorabilia.
• Answering returning/potential customer emails and inquiries.

Required Experience and Education: 

• College student or recent college graduate in business, sport management, marketing, or a related field.

Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: 

• Knowledge of past and current Minnesota Twins players as well as other players around Major League Baseball.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Demonstrated record keeping, organization, planning, and multitasking skills.
• At least 1 year of experience with retail, memorabilia, or sports game-used item programs.
• Proficiency in Photoshop.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.

  Time Commitment: March 2026 - October 2026.  Hours: 40 hours/week, including all Twins home games (and holidays).  Compensation: Hourly rate of $18.00/hour.
