• Coordinate private tours (booking, billing, staffing, etc.), leading tours, and providing support to PT staff.
• Support with staff orientations.
• Assist in the creation of daily schedules, agendas, Learning Through Baseball packets, etc.
• Deliver memorable experiences for Twins fans and guests.
• Connect with storytelling and maintain and high level of customer service.
• Design campaigns to attract more guests to visit Target Field.
• Focus on three key points: strategic communication, business development, and delivering memorable educational experiences at Target Field.

Required Experience and Education: 

• Customer service skills, supervisory experience.

Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: 

• Desire to learn.
• Capability to think on your feet and solve problems creatively.
• Flexibility and ability to adapt to sudden changes of plans.
• Good time management and a high degree of organizational ability.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: 

• Knowledge of the Minnesota Twins history and baseball in general.
