Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Gain hands-on experience supporting business analytics, revenue management, strategy, data science, and fan insights for the Minnesota Twins.Contribute to projects including business intelligence, forecasting, pricing, data visualization, strategy development, opportunity assessments, market research, fan insights, benchmarking, and planning.Use programming (Python or R), SQL, data visualization platforms, and analytical tools to solve real-world business problems and create impactful presentations, recommendations, reports, and dashboards.Work collaboratively with the Business Strategy & Analytics team and cross-functional partners from a variety of business verticals.

Required Experience and Education:

College student or recent college graduate. Coursework or practical experience in data science, analytics, statistics, mathematics, business administration, corporate strategy, or research methodologies.

Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Experience and/or proficiency in Python or R for data analysis and modeling; experience with SQL and data visualization tools (such as Tableau or Power BI) is highly desirable.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.Comfortable multitasking in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Experience with Microsoft Excel and Office Suite is required.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

General understanding of sales operations, event ticketing, and market/fan research.

Time Commitment: February 2026 - October 2026.

Hours: 40 hours/week.

Compensation: Hourly rate of $18.00/hour.
