Chief Technology Officer (Co-Founder)

Description

We are looking to hire a hands-on entrepreneurial co-founder CTO for a Web3 project (Gainr Protocol) that we are spinning out of our prop trading business, Gainr Analytics. See our Litepaper for more details.

The role will initially be on a sweat equity basis (part-time or fulltime) until the first round of funding has been secured where a six figure package plus founder level equity will kick in.

Responsibilities

Develop the projects first dApps.
Form the technology strategy and road-map of the project.
Build a team of engineers. Contribute to whitepapers.

Qualifications

5 years development experience of which at least 1 year in developing smart contracts.
A good understanding of the blockchain landscape and technologies.
At easy with Agile/Scrum project management methodologies.

The following experience will be prioritised:

Start-up experience.
Previous senior roles in Web3 projects especially in iGaming and DeFi.
Whitepaper/architecture drafting.
Team leadership.
Azure DevOps.
