We are seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to play a key role in shaping our financial strategy. In this role, you will partner across the business to provide data-driven insights, build forecasting models, and deliver reporting that supports leadership in making informed decisions. Your Role:

• Maintain and develop the business model, ensuring accurate budgeting, re-forecasting, and financial planning
• Analyze and interpret weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports (including P&L actuals and Cash Flow statements), providing insights and recommending actions to support management decision-making
• Partner with department heads to implement data-driven budget controls, enhance decision-making, and align financial planning with company objectives
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide commentary on business drivers
• Perform sensitivity analyses and scenario modeling for strategic initiatives (e.g., new product launches, market entries)
• Lead ad-hoc financial modeling (e.g. cost reduction initiatives, new business verticals assessment)

Your Profile:

• 4+ years of experience in FP&A or business intelligence within a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field (Master’s,or CIMA a plus)
• Demonstrated financial acumen with solid understanding of P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow, plus proven experience in budgets, forecasts, and long-range planning
• Advanced financial modeling skills, including driver-based models and scenario/sensitivity analysis
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with FP&A or BI tools (e.g., NetSuite, Atlar, Looker, Tableau) is a plus
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive, with a track record of driving process improvements and automating workflows in fast-paced environments
• Excellent communicator in English, able to simplify complex financial insights for non-finance stakeholders and partner effectively with business leaders. Fluency in German is a plus
