POSITION OVERVIEW

A CRM & Data Analyst Trainee in the Technology Services organization will be responsible for supporting our data warehouse processes and delivery of ad-hoc reports for the different business units.  This analyst will assist in maintaining our data warehouse, working closely with team members while performing ad-hoc reporting via SQL and Tableau. They will assist with the configuration, implementation and delivery of CRM enhancements that enables the business to grow while improving operational efficiency.

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:

• Attend meetings with the different Business units to understand requested functionality and upcoming initiatives.
  • Provide feedback and suggest ideas while planning new functionality.
• Document, configure and maintain enhancements to the Salesforce Platform, while learning best practices and standards.
• Assist with Data distribution and automation.
• Build ad-hoc reports from our data warehouse via SQL
• Analyze and resolve technical problems
• Support the Business to maximize utilization of Salesforce.
  • Build & Provide end-user documentation and training.
  • Data management and Distribution.

TRAINEE PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS:

• College graduate, Bachelor's or Master's, with a GPA of at least 3.0 at graduation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively and relate well with individuals of diverse backgrounds and within all levels of the company
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Customer service oriented
• Excellent executive presence
• Ability to work long hours, weekends, and holidays

ADDITIONAL POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

• Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering or related technical major or equivalent experience
• 0-1 years experience with as a CRM Admin OR 0-1 years experience with of Data Warehousing, Data Modeling and Reporting
• Understands and can write SQL queries.
• Process driven, analytical approach to problem solving
• Self-starter, who takes an analytical approach to problem solving.
