Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and self-motivated Performance Analyst to join our coaching team.
This voluntary role plays an important part in helping us understand and improve team and player performance through video and opposition analysis.

Using our Hudl platform, you’ll provide insights that support tactical planning, match reviews, and player development. The role is remote-friendly, though analysts who can occasionally attend training (Tuesdays/Thursdays) or matches (Sundays) are very welcome.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, tag, and organise match footage using Hudl.
• Provide post-match insights and feedback to support performance reviews led by the manager.
• Produce visual or statistical summaries highlighting key trends, strengths, and development areas.
• Conduct opposition analysis using available video footage, or in-person observation where possible.
• Collaborate closely with the coaching team to share findings that influence tactical preparation and training focus.
• Take full creative ownership, we don’t use fixed templates, so you’ll have freedom to develop your own analysis style and approach.
